We have Gold Standard certification. This Guesthouse exists of two rooms: a full bed and a futon bed in the second room, a full kitchen, with custom designed Mahogany cabinets, and a spacious enclosed porch. It is fully furnished, with local art enhancing the walls. Private toilette and separate shower room. Five minute walk to super markets, restaurants, and the bus station. ' Blush of Eden'., or you can book to stay overnight.Three troops of Howler monkeys, Tyras, reptiles, over 300 species of birds and over 200species of butterflies have been recorded at this bio reserve. Other things to note My wife and I are very knowledgeable about San Ignacio, and the surroundings. We traveled extensively throughout Belize, volunteering, birding and participating and organizing nature walks. We are members at Pro Organic Belize. A non-profit organization motivating and supporting local farmers to grow their produce without herbicides and/or pesticides. Currently I have my exhibit: the Art of Taxidermy displayed at the House of Culture in San Ignacio with over 40 native birds. My birds are also displayed at the inland Blue Hole/ Saint Herman's cave at their visitor center, and at the Museum of Belize in Belize City.
