Torre Bertrana, Historic farmhouse among vineyards

Relax and unwind in front of the vineyards in this quiet and cozy accommodation. The Torre Bertrana consists of 5 Suite-type rooms, with a capacity for 14 people. Each room has a different name and uniqueness, although all of them enjoy the same comfort and services: -Bathroom with shower /amenities / hair dryer and towel dryer. The space The Torre Bertrana gets its name from the tower built in 1352. It is a farmhouse that has been enlarged and restored several times throughout its history. The last modification was made in 2023, incorporating a swimming pool with a relaxation area and east-southeast views of the vineyards and the medieval village of Pals. It is surrounded by a natural pine forest that gives it freshness all year round. Its location, halfway between the beach and the village, gives it a privileged proximity to be in privacy and, in turn, a stone's throw from the places of greatest interest in the area: Pals, the rice fields, Golf La Costa, the medieval villages of Perstallada, Palau-Sator and the Iberian town of Ullestret. Surrounded by fabulous roads for passionate gravel cyclists and runners in the area, it is a paradise for vacation stays and/or private events. Guest access The house is rented in full so guests will have access to all areas of the house: 5 suite bedrooms, with capacity for 14 people; 6 bathrooms in total, 4 indoor living rooms: a Moroccan style in the tower with TV (ideal for disconnecting); another Ibizan type that is in turn a distributor to the kitchen, the Islas Medes room for up to 50/60 people and the 1st floor living room that in turn is a distributor of the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything a family of 14 people may need (dishwasher, Nespresso, freezer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, breakfast, lunch and dinner utensils). Free Wi-Fi, parking at the house, swimming pool equipped with terrace furniture (for outdoor dining if desired) and hammocks to enjoy the relaxation of the area. Other things to note The Torre Bertrana is a house located in a 100% rural setting. To avoid discomfort, we have equipped the windows of the bedroom area with mosquito nets. We have also added fans in each bedroom and one for the kitchen or terrace area (so that they can scare away flies if you eat outside). In the Illes Medes Room, there are 3 floor lamps that can also be used on the porches of the pool area, always avoiding leaving them outside if it rains or when the guests leave. We ask you to respect the house rules indicated therein to facilitate the stay with the appropriate health and safety measures, and we remind you that there is no garbage collection service and that you must remove it and leave it in the "Deixària" upon departure.
