The house is very secluded on a 5.4 acre property surrounded by trees, so you get a strong sense of tranquility with privacy and plenty of stars to see at night. The home is enjoyable with a hot tub and areas for conversation, outdoor grilling, yard activities, and entertainment space with 9 ft Diamond pool table, wet bar, and television area for movies and board games. Our guests enjoy all the amenities on site: Pool table, Hot Tub, movie area with Samsung 5.1 surround sound system with Bluetooth, gas grill, fireplace, gas stove, and updated kitchens. In addition to the things you'd expect, we also offer outdoor games (Kan Jam, Cornhole, Croquet, Bocce Ball) and indoor games including Giant Jenga. I am always available, unless I am sleeping, but generally respond quickly. The area is close to skiing/snowboarding (15 min to Hunter and Windham), atv rentals, mountain biking, and plenty of hiking. We have great suggestions for a place to get farm fresh eggs, grass fed Black Angus Beef and other meats, and other local gems that may not be available in a search. The neighborhood is very friendly with very few neighbors, so plenty of privacy. You must have a car. Bed linen and blankets are provided for all beds and sleeper sofa's listed. Towels are provided. Hot tub fits up to 6 people comfortably, please do not exceed as the water displacement can cause mechanical issues for the tub. Check-out time is 11am. Since sound travels easily, there are neighbors not too far away, so please be considerate of others. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras that record video and sound. The cameras do not face the interior or the deck/hot tub area. The security camera footage will be available to view using your electronic devices connected to the guest network.
