Newly Updated! Peaceful Farmhouse in City Limits

Welcome to our charming farmhouse! We have plenty of rooms for everyone with ample parking. Our entire house was updated in 2025 with all new kitchen, baths and finished basement. If you’ve stayed in the past, you’ll love it even more! Your group can hang out and watch the 65” tv, or sit on the back patio and grill out. Great proximity to LCSC (6.5 miles-15 minutes), U of I is 36 miles (41 min) away, and WSU is 36.7 miles (46 min). Items for littles are also available upon request. The space This is a late 1940s farmhouse with the original hardwood floors and arches. Nearly everything else is brand new as of 2025! The windows are large with plenty of light in for the living, dining room and kitchen. All (4) bedrooms have blackout curtains and floor fans. The bedrooms are not large by any means, but have comfortable beds for 8 with a futon and couch. There is also a bunk bed for younger kiddos, but it’s definitely a tight squeeze for adults and wouldn’t be recommended. There are 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs and 2 more bedrooms and a bath downstairs. With laundry and a movie room and office area in the basement as well. Guest access Parking is available right next to the house with the smart lock on the back door. There is plenty of parking in front of the shop in the gravel driveway. Other things to note Please stay out of any shops or barns as we have our animals on the property. Feel free to enjoy watching the chickens range in the yard on occasion.
