The soothing sounds of the river create the perfect backdrop for your getaway, and the large deck provides an idyllic spot to unwind and dine while overlooking the water. The space Riverfront cabin with spacious deck and relaxing riverside ambience! Other things to note -Up to two dogs, under 40 lbs, are welcome at our property when we are notified prior to arrival. A $175 pet fee will be assessed per stay. If an undisclosed or hidden pet is brought onto the property, then a $300 undisclosed pet fee will be assessed. Please see our pet policy for further details under our house rules section. ***Our neighborhood has strict leash laws, and dogs cannot be allowed off leash*** An unleashed dog is a safety concern for our neighbors, and can harass wildlife or be in danger of being harmed by wildlife when off leash. Our HOA rules stipulate leash laws, and violators will be fined $75 by the HOA. Any fines assessed due to failure to obey leash laws will be the responsibility of the guests.
