LONG STAY DISCOUNTS (28 days+): Just enter your dates and #guests in the calendar and the discount will be automatically calculated in your total cost. Long stays DO NOT include breakfast, but can be purchased for $10/day per person # OF GUESTS/ CHILDREN: The Airbnb system quotes a rate according to the number of guests entered in your original reservation query. It is important that you enter the correct number of guests over age 10, or you will be charged $15/nt + tax per additional guest once at the property. This includes breakfast for your additional guest(s). Children under 10 stay free (excludes discounted long stays). Do not include children under 10 when entering the number of guests in your reservation form, or it will automatically charge an additional fee. Instead, only enter the number of adults and children ages 11+, then let us know that there will be younger children after your reservation is completed. Although children stay for free, they DO count toward the MAXIMUM GUEST COUNT. OUR PLACE: Tropical gardens abound in our inviting bungalow hideaway, with stone fountains, wooden chests, meandering brick-paved walkways, hand-blown glass, and hand-painted art and ceramics throughout. Gourmet breakfast is included daily and served fountainside in our thatched-covered, brick paved breakfast nook. Breakfast includes our special blend coffee, fresh juice or smoothie of the day, tropical fruit plate, and our hot signature breakfast of the day. We happily accommodate dietary requests and food allergies when possible. YOUR ROOM: Your Cozy-Studio is located amid tropical gardens and palms, facing our welcoming pool area. The indoor space is perfect for 2 guests with 1 Queen bed. However, the room can sleep a small family of 3-4 guests with an optional Full futon. The Futon is not guaranteed unless requested. Please request if needed! MAXIMUM GUESTS: Maximum 4 guests per Cozy-Studio, including children and infants. If you arrive with more than 4 guests, you will need to reserve an additional room. There will be no refunds given if you choose to stay elsewhere because of the additional room requirement. LOCATION: We are tucked away in a friendly neighborhood just 3 blocks to downtown, with several wonderful, family-owned restaurants located just around the corner (including one of the highest rated restaurants in the area!). We love to visit Roots Ice Cream shop ("Roots Nieves de Garrafa"), just a 5 minute walk away with a wonderful variety of handmade ice cream flavors and several dairy and sugar free options as well! AMELIA WILKES PLAZA / NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM: (3 BLOCKS) Stroll out our gate just 3 blocks to arrive to the heart of Cabo San Lucas, the "Amelia Wilkes Plaza", which houses the Natural History Museum of Cabo San Lucas. Support this local and affordably priced attraction, which works to conserve the history and roots of the local people and tribes through beautifully painted murals and displays. The Amelia Wilkes Plaza also bustles with local festivities, markets, food carts, and families enjoying the gardens.  Surrounding the plaza and continuing for several square blocks, you will find the vast array of restaurants, bars, shops, and open-air markets that Cabo San Lucas has to offer! CABO SAN LUCAS MARINA: The Cabo San Lucas marina is just a few blocks walk from the Amelia Wilkes Plaza.  Alongside the wonderful marina-front restaurants and shops, you will find an eclectic display of quaint and prized fishing boats, as well as spectacular yachts.  Here you can also arrange popular water activities, such as the glass bottom boat tour to the famous Arch of Cabo San Lucas. MEDANO BEACH: Following around the marina, you will arrive to Medano Beach, the main, swimmable beach of Cabo San Lucas.  Here you can enjoy your pick of the many water activities, treat yourself (or your kids!) to a henna tattoo, braids, and fresh mango on a stick. The beach restaurants are perfect for drinking and dining with your feet in the sand, and offer lounge chairs and umbrellas for their guests. DISTANCES: Convenience store, neighborhood restaurants:  Just around the corner (2-5 minute walk) Amelia Wilkes Plaza: 400 meters (5-7 minute walk) Downtown Restaurants/Shops:  400-800+ meters (5-15 minute walk) Marina: 800 meters (12-15 minute walk) Medano Beach: 1200 meters (15-20 minute walk) Los Cabos Airport (SJD): 25 miles (30-35 minute drive) The majority of our guests walk everywhere to and from town and the beach, and some take an occasional taxi.  We do have free guest parking for those who choose to rent a car! GETTING AROUND: Your UBER app will work in Cabo! If you don't have  the app, we strongly advise downloading it as UBER is a fraction of the price of taxis. You can expect it to cost $40-100 pesos ($2-5 USD) to UBER anywhere downtown and the main beach, depending on time of day.   Airport transportation options will be included in your confirmation. SERVICES: Our deeply discounted Airbnb rates do not include our full hotel services such as daily room cleaning and towel replacement, showering amenities (shampoo, etc), and full onsite host. Host will be onsite for breakfast and most afternoons, and available by phone 8AM-10PM.   Rooms will be set up with bedding and towels for your arrival. We will bring to your door an exchange of sheets 1x/week, and an exchange of towels 2x/week. For discounted monthly reservations, we will bring an exchange of towels and sheets 1x per week.  Bedding and towel exchange does not include room cleaning. BREAKFAST: Full breakfast is included! Breakfast is served in a shared space with other guests (guests dine at separate tables). Our included hot breakfast is served daily, and is the highlight of many of our guests' stay! OTHER: Guest parking and Wifi are free. Room cleaning offered for a fee. Pool and gardens are shared with other guests. We have several room offerings, including cozy 1-bedroom and studio rooms, and our unique 2-bedroom bungalows, some with fully thatched-roofs and indoor hammocks, others with garden patios. All rooms face toward the inner courtyard and gardens. Please ask for availability and price difference. Other things to note Our Cozy-Studio has a Queen bed. We offer an optional futon or daybed, but this is not guaranteed unless requested ahead of time. Please request if needed!
