We offer a renovated private studio in a quiet, warm and relaxing area. We look forward to hosting you for a stopover, sightseeing, business trip or other occasion. Close to the Biache and Plouvain marsh, enjoy a walk in the heart of nature or even fishing. Close to the main roads, 15 minutes from ARRAS, DOUAI, LENS and 30 minutes from LILLE The space The accommodation has an area of 30 m2 exclusively for you. It is equipped as follows: - Kitchenette area with microwave/oven, stovetop, croque monsieur and raclette machine, fridge with freezer, hood as well as a standing eating area with stools, desk area. - living/sleeping area with a sofa and a 160/200 bed that folds out from the wall, memory foam mattress (+ bed linen), a Led TV with WiFi and Netflix. - Bathroom with walk-in shower with hand shower and ceiling light, towels and everything you need for your personal hygiene - With a terrace and small private garden facing south and garden furniture + deckchairs. Guest access Your access is completely autonomous thanks to a box for which you will receive the code one day before your arrival. The accommodation is independent of the house, you can come and go as you wish. A private parking space is reserved for you. Check-in is from 3pm onwards, and checkout is until 12pm. Train station access 1 km away. Other things to note Breakfast available for €12 per person.(Notify us 48 hours in advance).
