Cozy 1 Bed, 1 Bath Apartment - Perfect for 2 but sleeps 4 (1 queen bed and 1 full hide-a-bed) - 5 Min from Downtown - Located in Historic Monroe Business District - 3rd Floor Unit of Triplex - Entire unit is furnished, including full kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, internet and extra bedding/bath/kitchen linens - Street Parking - Bus Stops 1 block away The space THE UNIT- The loft is a freshly renovated, cozy, 3rd floor unit of our charming triplex. The triplex has 1 unit on each level with a shared main stairwell entrance. Each unit has its own private keypad entrance inside the stairwell. The loft comfortably sleeps 2 with a queen bed in the bedroom but easily accommodates 4, utilizing a hide-a-bed sofa for your guests in the living room. Both, furnished with down comforters and plenty of extra bedding for a restful night's sleep. You'll also find high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, and a 55" smart TV equipped with Roku for all your streaming entertainment needs. The kitchen is fully dressed with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and hand mixer for your culinary delights (Please note: the ceiling height in the kitchen is 6'7.5", the living room is 7'5", if you are a very tall person, you might feel a bit crowded in the kitchen;) No-Pets Policy. OUTSIDE LIVING- There is shared living space throughout the backyard to enjoy, however, we are currently in the process of renovating those areas so they may not be fully functional quite yet. Once finished, it will feature two seating areas: a small one for cozy gatherings, and a larger one with plenty of seating options for all your entertaining needs. You will be able to enjoy the yard year-round, playing yard games most of the year or making snow angels in winter. It will be the perfect place to relax, create memories, and embrace the beauty of nature. Guest access You will have your unit all to yourself. You will enter through a shared main stairwell that leads to each unit. There is shared living space throughout the backyard, as well as on-site shared laundry facilities in the basement, accessed through the main stairwell. Also, there is additional storage in the basement (with keypad entry) if you need to keep larger items locked up, such as a bicycle or paddle board. Other things to note EXTRAS- Onsite shared washer and dryer located in the basement. Onsite locked storage for larger items like bikes or paddle boards etc.
