The dining table accommodates up to 6 guests, with an extra 7 seats available at the kitchen bar, creating a laid-back gathering spot. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation: Master Bedroom - (Upper level): Enjoy scenic views of the water and beach from the master bedroom, which is furnished with a King bed, dresser, two nightstands, two reading lamps, a chair, floor fan, blackout curtains, television, extra pillows/blankets, a laundry basket, and hangers. The attached bathroom boasts double sinks and a generously sized walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom - (Upper level): Provides a Queen bed, dresser, two nightstands, two lamps, a chair, floor fan, blinds, television, extra pillows/blankets, air mattresses, hangers, and a laundry basket. A semi-private bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, featuring a shower/tub combination. Guest Bedroom 2 (Lower level): Presents a Full bed with reading lamp, hangers, and a semi-private half bathroom. We supply fresh and well-maintained linens, bath towels, toilet tissue, bath/hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner—everything you need for a hassle-free stay. Enjoy added conveniences such as a washer and dryer, laundry detergent pods, trash bags, paper towels, hand/dish soap, dishwasher pods, and cleaning supplies. CHILDREN ITEMS: We've considered families with children, providing dinnerware, plastic sippy cups, silverware, a highchair/booster chair, stroller, portable crib, baby monitors, sun cover, sand toys, water floats/swim vest, indoor toys, books, and outlet covers. Parking is easy with room for up to two vehicles in the driveway, and extra public parking is available on the adjacent street. Please note that there is no elevator. Our Homeowners Association (HOA) has implemented a comprehensive Ring Camera System with audio and video recording capabilities throughout the entire outside of the building, covering parking, under the building and the front patio areas. These cameras are continuously monitored to enhance security and safety. Ring Door Alarms, equipped with audio and video recording features, are installed at both the front and rear entrances of each unit. The underside of the walkways on the underside of the building are common areas. Feel free to use walk the paths and use the outdoor shower and hose. Each unit has a designated beach closet, parking spaces and paver patio. Beach closet A is located in the parking area in the north-east corner. You'll find a walkway leading to the private beach entry from the beach closet. Unit A Parking- 2 car tandem parking area located under the building on the south-west side. There are several paver patios located in the front of the building. Our beach front patio is decorated with beautiful gray and white polywood furniture and is located directly under our unit. Kindly make use of the foot shower after you've left the sandy beach area. We're dedicated to being available around the clock to assist and provide information to our guests. Feel free to store our number in your phone in case any emergency arises that requires immediate attention. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.
