Bright Studio Great Location

Cosy, sunny & bright ground floor studio in a fantastic inner-city location whilst on the harbourside door step. North facing, great location in Rushcutters Bay/Elizabeth Bay border. Close to the action but without being in the thick of things. Lovely outlook over the church. This secure Art Deco building is full of character. The space It is a cosy and bright studio with a comfortable queen size sofa bed. Bed already made and simply pull down to reveal the mattress. A full size oven and kitchen necessities for convenience. Newly renovated some years ago. Paint and wall paper now showing some signs of wear & tear. A fun space close to the action but in a mostly quiet area with a peaceful outlook over the church. You are on the street front on the ground floor so there can be noise from passersby or cars. A beautiful purple Jacaranda tree opposite when it flowers. Guest access Guests have access to the studio exclusively. No one lives at the apartment. There is an outdoor and internal clothes line in the laundry on the ground floor. If required there is a dryer in the communal laundry adjacent to the courtyard. Air Bnb will automatically send you the address and access instructions 24 hours before you check in. Other things to note 1. Leaving Luggage We would love to accommodate leaving your bags before or after your check in/out times but unfortunately we are a small studio without space to do so and there is no other secure area or room to leave your luggage in. There is Bag and Luggage Storage available at Sydney Central Station. There is a fee to pay per suitcase but you can leave it there until 9 pm. Central Station is in the middle of the city, not far from the studio and on the way to the airport. 2. Street Parking There is free street parking available but it is timed at 1 hour. There is no timed parking between 6 pm and 8 am. That is still no guarantee of finding a spot. If there is something on at the church it can be hard to park but often you can find a park in the surrounding streets if not in the street of the flat. However sometimes it can be difficult to find one. There is paid parking station in the area but they can be expensive. 3. Babies Cot We don't have one but you are welcome to bring your own. However, there is not a lot of room and it may be cramped with 3 of you. Registration Details PID-STRA-55432
