We offer a single-storey villa of 80 m² with large terrace and swimming pool (8 x 4 m) as well as its 1000 m² wooded garden, located not far from the center of the village of Rosières, in the heart of the southern Ardèche. Located in a quiet and natural area, 10 minutes' walk from the center of Rosières and the Beaume river (swimming site), close to many hikes, activities (canoeing, hiking, canyoning...) and villages of character: Labeaume, Balazuc, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc... The space The house has three bedrooms with 1 double bed of 140 cm, 1 sofa bed of 140 cm and 1 single bed of 90 cm. The bedding is quality (comfortable and recent mattresses). Separate bathroom and toilet.
