Designed to bring family together, and to enjoy the iconic Tutukaka Coast and the ocean playground just outside the front door. This was Malcolm Princes Retreat and it is our pleasure to share his Retreat with you. Relax at this quiet, self-contained, 2 story beach bach complete with your own private lookout for River sunset views and boat ramps just minutes away from your doorstep. Put your feet up and enjoy the sunshine with patio bbq and wifi convenience. The space Easily set out for your morning fish with boat ramps just minutes away from your doorstep. Come home to the quiet family friendly culdesac home after a successful day fishing at Goat Island or scuba-diving the Poor Knights or exploring the beautiful coastline beaches of the Discovery Highway. It is a two storied home with the Main living area on the second floor, accessible via internal stairs. Upstairs we have a full kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave. A Lounge and dining entertainment area which opens and extends out to a fully fenced and child safe patio with bbq. This is an open, sunny area, designed for a family to spend time together. The Main bedroom on the second floor has 1 King bed and a walk-in wardrobe. Access to Ensuite with Shower, toilet and basin. The ensuite has two access ways - the second access leads to a second shared living area. The couch here is a fold-out which transforms to a comfortable bed which easily sleeps two adults. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs, with 2 x single beds and another ensuite with Shower, toilet and basin. Wifi, Smart tv, BBQ, Outdoor dining and river views. There is internal access to a large double garage, designed to secure a small boat, with 2.3 metres height clearance and electronic door opener. Climb the driveway to the top of the section for spectacular views of the Ngunguru River and Sandspit. This private lookout area is a great place for family games of Kubb or a quiet drink with the sunset to celebrate the holiday. Guest access You'll have full access to the house, patio, wifi and large secured garage for boat storage and the top section for your own private coastal lookout. Other things to note Linen Hire and a departure clean will be compulsory with all bookings due to considerations of safe and healthy stays for all our guests. No pets on this property. Garage suited to secure small boats, height clearance of 2.3 metres.
