The living room door opens onto a private terrace with sea views. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, chairs and umbrella for alfresco dining. Sleeping area Bedroom: The master bedroom, which is accessed by stone steps from the living room, has a double bed, sofa and armchair, flat-screen TV, laptop work area and large wardrobe. There are restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a tennis court 5-10 minutes away by car. Alassio is a renowned seaside resort that has been welcoming travelers for centuries. The promenade, along the sandy beaches, is ideal for walking or dining in one of the waterfront restaurants. The pedestrian center of Alassio, called "Budello" (10 minutes), is a must-see. Another place to visit is the Muretto di Alassio (10 minutes), where there are more than 550 plaques bearing the signature of various celebrities, including Ernest Hemingway, stars such as Jean Cocteau and many famous actors and singers. You can also visit the nearby towns and beautiful scenery of Laigueglia (15-minute drive), Cervo (34 minutes) and Albenga (15 minutes) for an authentic glimpse of the area.
