Welcome to Villa Marie-Louise, Built in 1961 by Charles and Marie-Louise, this "air change box" with unique architecture inspired by a ship invites you to a timeless crossing. Let yourself be charmed by this exotic wooden cocoon and carved stones, its neat decoration and its exceptional setting on the water. The cape is attached to the horizon: view of the ocean and its sunsets, singing waves... all you have to do is go around. I look forward to hosting you, The space Villa Marie-Louise has been completely renovated in respect of its original appearance. With an area of approximately 95 m ² (1000 m² of land), it shares the noble materials: wood (moabi), cut stones, faucets/light fixtures/copper ladder, thatched roof, polished concrete... all highlighted by a sober and neat decor. We'll let you discover it in detail: The villa: - an air-conditioned first bedroom with a 180x200 bed, an en-suite waxed concrete bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet) and a view of the pool and garden; - a second air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 bed, an attached waxed concrete bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet) and a view of the pool; - a third air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a mezzanine with two 90x190 single beds accessible by a ladder and an en-suite polished concrete bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet); - a living room with TV and Wifi, dining area open to a fully equipped kitchen - all with a view of the pool, the garden and the ocean. - a separate toilet with handwasher. Pool house: - a sheltered outdoor table that can accommodate 8 guests; - a kitchen with refrigerator/freezer and sink. Exteriors: - a large salt pool (maximum dimensions 13m*8m / depth maximum: 2m /alarm protection) with sea view; - a tropical garden with a fire pit that can be used with barbecue (wood provided); - direct access to the beach (shared access gate to the villa beforehand); - two parking spaces reserved (common to the villa beforehand). Guest access In order to make the most of your stay, you'll have full access to the villa. Other things to note Please note: access to the beach is through a shared gate with the house located upstream. The parking is also shared with this one.
