Guest Suite with own entrance near Cardiff and USW

A room with everything you need, completely private w/ensuite & separate from our living space. 30’ drive to Cardiff centre 5’ drive to University of South Wales 15’ to BPW Public transport is more limited, please research before booking. The room has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, desk, chair, hair dryer, tea & coffee and towels. Free parking on street. 30% off for stay longer than a month. Access to room & bathroom only. Max 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 young child. The space Perfect location to explore Cardiff and surround areas such as Brecon Beacons, beaches etc. Bed can be used as a double or 2 singles Private shower room and toilet Free parking in front of the house or on the drive Separate entrance for your privacy Kettle with tea/coffee Crockery and cutlery Microwave and fridge Table and chair for working Tree coat hanger for clothes and bags Hair dryer and towels Check in with a lockbox for your convenience. But I’m happy to meet in person if you have any questions or need help regarding where to go visit etc. No access to the rest of the house as we have a very busy family but with long stay I can be flexible in regards to most things. Please bear in mind even this is a guest suite, it is next to our house and you will hear our footsteps on the stairs occasionally - we are very quiet people but we have two young children who sometimes can be very lively! We will always try keep noise to a minimum level. Just bear in mind it is our home so as much as we would like to provide you a clean, private and comfortable accommodation to the highest standard - we just have a very busy life as any normal family so any issues please let me know. Thanks for reading. Guest access Separate entrance as in picture, a room with a kitchenette area and a private shower room. Everything to yourself and you do not have to share anything with us. Please note with a long stay more than 3 days, we need access to the utility room to wash clothes so we will arrange a certain time so that we don’t disturb you. With a long stay (more than 3 days) - you also will have access to utility area. During your stay If you want to ask any questions regarding where to visit in Cardiff, surrounding areas or anything at all please do - I love to meet and host people and you can contact me anytime 24/7. However, if you prefer privacy the room is perfectly designed for that! There is a separate entrance so you don’t have to share anything with us. I can be flexible in regards to most things so please do ask if you need anything though Other things to note No smoking as there is a wired smoke alarm inside the room. If you are a smoker this airbnb is not suitable for you.
