Secure cycle storage The space The Barn at Eldroth House Set close to the market town of Settle, The Barn is beautifully situated in the peaceful, rural village of Eldroth, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and within the Forest of Bowland - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The location makes it the perfect base to easily access and explore the Yorkshire Dales, the Forest of Bowland and also the Lake District; the historic towns of Skipton and Kirkby Lonsdale are just a 30-minute drive away and Clitheroe 40 minutes. The Barn, within the beautiful property of Eldroth House, is a one bedroomed haven that is the perfect bolthole to get away from busy lives, relax and unwind. The open plan ground floor with its traditional stone flags and underfloor heating is the perfect compact living space for your break. Light the log burning stove and snuggle on the sofa & the Smart tv, or discuss plans for your break. Rustle up a hearty supper and pour yourself a glass of something nice whilst you chat over dinner at the cosy, traditional farmhouse table. The kitchen area caters for all your culinary needs including a dishwasher to help take care of the clean-up afterwards. Upstairs, is a sleek brand new bathroom with under floor heating, a walk-in shower, bath, washbasin, toilet, vanity unit and very soft towels, already to prepare you to sink into the comfy super king-size bed at the end of your day. Waking to majestic peaks of Ingleborough and Pen y Ghent is a wonderous sight. The door to the right of the front door is for secure storage of cycles if you bring them. Bikes & electric bikes are available to hire in nearby Settle. Outside, is exclusive use of The Barn’s walled garden with far-reaching views of the Yorkshire Dales accompanied with the sound of the stream, Black Bank Syke, it is the perfect place to start or end your day. It’s a charming setting for al fresco meals whether you are breakfasting on the patio or throwing charcoal on the barbecue ready to dine in the evening. From 2026 a EV charging point has been installed for guest use. Units are charged as used for guest charging @ 0.50p per unit used. Guest access The barn & enclosed walled area immediately to the front is for guests exclusive use. There is an EV charging point for guest use. Units for car charging are charged as used @ 40p per unit. There is a private parking space at the front, but the remaining car parking spaces alongside are for the use of Eldroth House.
