Guests are expected to pay their water and electricity bills at the end of their stay. This will be calculated by the unit used for electricity and water. Wifi is complimentary. Key cards for the elevator will be given to the guests, the apartment uses a digital door lock with a code. The code will be given before check-in. The cleaning service is 300 THB per time if requested. We have a laundromat on the ground floor, your clothes can be arranged to clean. The costs depend on the number of clothes. Thank you.
