Other things to note 🏢 Building Guidelines We want you to have a pleasant and hassle-free stay while keeping harmony with our community. Here are a few simple reminders: 1. ID Registration: Guests must present a valid ID upon arrival and register through the building’s Visitor QR system. 2. Guest Endorsement: All guests must be endorsed prior to arrival. Same-day endorsements are allowed from 10AM to 9PM only. 3. Occupancy: A maximum of 3 adult guests is allowed for 1BR units. Children aged 9 years old and below are not counted in the 3-person limit (maximum of 2 children allowed). 4. No Pets / No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the unit and common areas. 5. Cleanliness: Please bring your trash to the designated station near the service elevator to help maintain cleanliness. 6. Quiet Hours: Kindly avoid loud noise or gatherings that may disturb other residents. 7. No Lobby Storage: The building does not allow storing luggage in common areas — but our bag drop service is available for your convenience.
