Summer Salt is an early 1900 home newly renovated to provide modern amenities with a hint of the past. You will find everything you need for a relaxing Cape Charles beach vacation, including bikes and beach chairs in the shed. Our home is located a short walk from the beach, fishing pier, central park, restaurants and shops. As the day ends, relax watching the sun set from the wrap-around porch or grilling on the back deck while your children play games in the spacious backyard. The space The newly decorated living area flows from living room to large dining room and modern sunny kitchen stocked to meet your needs. You will find a large smart TV in the living area with streaming capability. High speed Wifi is available throughout the house. Dining area includes a large table with seating for eight and a small beverage fridge. Our modern kitchen features gas range with hood, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster oven, and blender. There is a breakfast table and seating around the kitchen island for guests. The kitchen is well stocked with accessories to prepare your culinary specialties! Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, all with queen beds. The primary bedroom has a bathroom with shower and streaming TV. There is a full bath with tub off the shared hallway. Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board are located at the top of the stairs. Books, toys, games and puzzles are available for rainy days. There is a grill and additional outdoor seating on the back deck overlooking a spacious grass yard. Bring your games or other outdoor activities. There are also four bikes, a canopy, and two beach chairs in the shed for your use. Guest access Guests will have use of the whole house and yard with the exception of a small BR and closet reserved for owners. Access is provided via lockbox on the front porch. Other things to note Our home is a non-smoking house. We have a covered wrap around porch with comfortable seating and a large deck off the kitchen. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts discretely.
