The space The house itself is about 1200 sqft on a half acre lot right off the main downtown street! Main floor has the kitchen, living area (king daybed), bistro patio, full bathroom, small bedroom (with queen bed), and laundry area which leads to the backyard. Upstairs has larger bedroom (queen bed) with ensuite half bath, and a smaller bedroom (queen bed). Backyard is fully fenced in with large deck, pool, outdoor furniture, fire pit area, grill, and large space with backyard games. Ample parking area in the driveway. This is a GEM!
