TEN MILE CREEK RIGHT OFF THE BALCONY

Cozy 2br/2 full bath just off the west end of Main St. Once inside all you see and hear is beautiful 10 mile Creek and woods. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 1 twin and 1 queen bed. A full size futon and extra deep couch are in the living area plus 2 leather swivel chairs. A table in the living area performs as both seating for 6, or if lowered, a coffee table. There is casual seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is well stocked including a smoothie blender, mini food processor, slow cooker etc. Summit county's Free shuttle runs along main street to Copper, Keystone, Breckenridge, the east end of Frisco and Silverthorn. The bus stop is about 150 yards away and runs hourly in the summer and every 1/2 hr in winter. Access the bike trail across Main St. (about 150 yards away). Walk to the Mt Royal trail head in about 5-8 minutes. Coin-op laundry on-site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Additional parking across main street (max 48 hrs). Allergy warning: The owners do have a dog that is occasionally there when they use the condo. The tv is a roku which makes for easy streaming of netflix, amazon, youtube, pandora, spotify etc. Cable tv is also provided. Connect to the blue tooth sound system to listen to your own music.
