Here’s what you’ll find: Main Level: ☀️ Bright and open layout with spacious dining room (seats 6) 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar for 2–3, and thoughtful extras 🧺 Convenient laundry/mudroom (laundry available for stays of 4+ nights) Upper Level: 🎹 Peaceful loft living space with piano, perfect for reading or unwinding 🛏️ Bedroom 1: Queen bed, walk-in closet, smart TV 🛏️ Bedroom 2: Full-size bed, walk-in closet, smart TV 🛁 Bathroom: Dual vanity and shower/tub combo with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash Lower Level: 🛋️ Cozy family room with large sectional sofa, 50” smart TV, sound bar, and games 🛏️ Bedroom 3: Full-size bed, private desk workspace in closet 🛏️ Bedroom 4: Full-size daybed + twin trundle, desk workspace in closet 🛁 Bathroom: Shower/tub combo + complimentary toiletries ✅ Full-size air mattress and floor bed available upon request (with bedding) Outdoor: 🪑 Front porch with seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or sunset views 🏘️ Shared backyard 🅿️ Driveway parking (no garage access, used for our equipment storage and your bagged trash /recycling only) Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and front porch, but please do not enter utility room and crawl space downstairs unless given permission. Please ask about crates and pet supplies available upon request 🛶 Quick access to Lake Wobegon Trail, Lake George, local parks, and more ✨ Quiet, residential neighborhood, ideal for relaxing after a day out Other things to note To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone please be aware of the following: 🧑‍🧒‍🧒👧🧒🍼👶 Children and infants: Families traveling with children ages 2–12 or infants under 2 are welcome, but please be aware of the following conditions before booking as there is no dedicated child proofing throughout: * The home is a tri-level property with stairs between levels. There are no child safety gates installed on the stairs. * The upstairs loft area is open and does not have a child safety gate. * Curtains and curtain areas are accessible and located low to the ground. * There is a bookcase in the loft that is not secured to the wall. * Some furniture throughout the home is climbable and may tip or become unstable if climbed on. * TVs are not wall-mounted and sit on TV stands that are not secured. The TVs are lightweight and could potentially tip if pulled or climbed on. * Some furniture and tables have unrounded/sharp corners. * There is a glass coffee table in the family room where board games are located. * Several electrical outlets are not covered with child-safety outlet covers. * The kitchen has gas appliances that are accessible to children, and the stove controls/knobs are located on the front of the appliance. * Kitchen and bathroom cabinets contain cleaning supplies and chemicals that are not secured with child-safety locks. * The refrigerator has a lower freezer drawer that can be opened by a child and should not be used as an accessible space for climbing. * A sliding patio door on the side of the home provides access from the main level when the door stopper is removed. The patio area has a drop-off without a railing or guard. * The front porch has a drop-off without a railing or guard. * Windows and other areas of the home may be accessible to children and infants. * Board games in the home have age-specific recommendations and may contain small game pieces that present a choking hazard to young children. * Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and infants throughout the home and should take these conditions into consideration when determining whether the space is appropriate for their family. Please review these details carefully before booking and plan accordingly based on the ages and needs of children or infants in your group. 🦮🐕‍🦺 Dogs must be house-trained and up-to-date on vaccinations, crated when left alone indoors, and not left unleashed and unattended outside (unfenced yard) ❄️ Snow removal provided 24–48 hrs after significant snowfall in winter 🚮 Please remove your full tied up trash bags and place inside of the designated disposal carts. When it's time to check-out, no need to remove the bedding or round up towels as we will take care of it all. 📖 See house rules for additional information.
