The cottage is situated in the village of Budislav on the edge of the cottage area of Záskalí. Around the cottage is an open grassy area, near a stream. It is suitable for a family with a baby and older children. It is an ideal base for those who want to spend a holiday in a beautiful environment surrounded by nature and tranquility. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 5 people in 2 bedrooms with a baby crib. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, grill, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and cleaning supplies. The space Bedrooms & Rooms: There are two rooms in the attic of the cottage: 1st room - 1 double bed + 1 single bed. 2nd room is open and connected by a staircase, 1 double bed + 1 cot. The equipment includes bed linen. Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a hairdryer, towels, toiletries. Heating: The cottage has central heating. Possibility of flooding in Jotul cast iron stoves, which are part of the living room and kitchen unit. Cottage Amenities Living room: TV, Wifi, 1 sofa set, 1 sofa. Dressing room: washing machine with dryer, iron, drying rack, printer, frying pot. Kitchen unit: hot air oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, glass ceramic hob, dishes and all kitchen equipment, towels, jar - washing and cleaning agents. Terrace: 2 wooden sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table. Garden: garden furniture Guest access My guests can use the whole house and the garden that belongs to it. Other things to note The cottage operation is year-round. The fee to the municipality is 21.00 CZK/day for a person over 18 years of age. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of CZK 250.00 day/animal upon agreement.
