In the semi-basement is the parking lot, laundry area (you must notify if you need to use the washer/dryer). The house is very close to the road so I could hear noise from vehicles, mainly in the room that faces that side. Please verify the photos and see the last one where the map comes out If you are very sensitive to noise, this cottage is not recommended for you. We ask that you please respect the rules.
