The space The house is on a small street off a busier road only five minutes walk to scores of excellent restaurants and bars in downtown Kittery. The flower filled front yard/garden also has a beautiful hand- built wooden porch. The property is a duplex, so there is a tenant living in the back half of the house, but these homes have entirely separate entrances. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire front house, which has its own parking spot and off street parking in front of the house. The guests also have access to the garage and the basement and the large front porch. Other things to note A reminder that I do have two outdoor cats who may try to get in to the house. If you do not want them in the house that is fine. They will be fed outside (in the back) by someone else.
