Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs. The space The apartment has a separate entrance. From there you enter the hallway with a wardrobe and the spacious shower room with a separation to the toilet. In addition, you can access the second level via three steps, where the living and sleeping area is located, with a small kitchenette for small meals and access to a balcony with seating (where smoking is also allowed). The living and sleeping area is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, seating, TV, a couch with a sleeping function and a dining area, close to the kitchenette. The queen size bed is (1.40 m • 2.00 m) and the couch, pulled out for sleeping, is (1.40 m • 1.95 m) For the service, we provide fresh towels, bed linen, shower gel, shampoo, oil, spices, a Senseo coffee machine, with coffee pads, a kettle with tea, small treats and chilled drinks, Netflix account (please let us know in advance) for our guests. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine in the apartment. But for longer stays, from 8 nights, a free laundry service is possible. Otherwise, a wash is €5 Guests occupy the entire place. But since we live right next door, with our dog "Tea," it could well be that we hear each other. Important information!! We welcome 4 guests, so that families with 2 adults and 2 children have the opportunity to stay overnight.
