Welcome to the heart of the pretty village of Dieulefit, close to its market, shops and swimming pool, we welcome you to a charming townhouse and its terrace. The space This accommodation, consisting of three levels, has a beautiful living space on the 2nd floor: living-dining room overlooking the kitchen, two bedrooms, a terrace of 19 m², and a bathroom with walk-in shower. A beautiful stone staircase gives access to the other two bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd floor. You can therefore accommodate 7 people with: - A double bed in bedroom 1 of 13.5 m² - two single beds in bedroom 2 of 12 m². These two 0.70 beds can easily be brought together to make a 140 cm double bed. - two single beds in bedroom 3 of 10 m². These two 0.80 beds can be brought together to make a 160 cm double bed - a single bed in a large, open "attic" room of 34 m² The living room also has a double sofa bed. The 19 m² terrace, facing west (setting sun), adds a pleasant living space. Like most townhouses in Dieulefit, this house has a beautiful stone staircase, which allows access to all rooms, including the living area on the 2nd floor. Guest access The house is in the center of Dieulefit, on Place Brun-Larochette. You can park nearby without difficulty. During your stay, everything can be done on foot from the house: Rue du Bourg with its many shops and galleries, municipal swimming pool, hiking in the surrounding mountains, Allée des Platanes and its petanque... Guests can take advantage of the complete house, and check-in is autonomous, for total independence. Other things to note To respect all tenants, we ask that the house be NON-SMOKING, and PET-FREE. At the end of the stay, we ask you to do a complete cleaning: we want the house to be spotless for the next occupants. Thank you!
