Unique apartment in St Roch neighborhood

In the heart of the historic center of Montpellier (Ecusson), atypical accommodation of 28 m² with exposed beams, tiles and cut stone. My apartment is on the raised ground floor of an old building. It will seduce you with its functional layout and prime location. The space Still in its original state but very functional, my little nest has all the comforts you need for your stay in the heart of the capital of the sun. The accommodation consists of three half-level spaces (3x4 steps), each offering its own features: - In front of the entrance, a large desk allows you to put down some things or work. - A few steps higher, the kitchen/dining area equipped with everything you need as well as a table and 4 chairs, and the bathroom including a shower, sink and toilet. - A few steps lower, the living room, which turns into a real sleeping area with its sofa equipped with 140 x 190 bedding (Rapido system with duvet stored in the backrest) - A few steps lower still, another space serves as a dressing room and extra bed; I do not offer it as an extra bed because the room is not habitable as it is, but you can store your personal belongings there IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - The accommodation is entirely smoking: cigarettes are therefore allowed and it is possible, despite the vigilance brought on this point during cleaning, that a slight smell of tobacco persists. - The steps are a little higher than normal and some passageways are narrow: the apartment is functional but it remains small (28 m²). A beam in the kitchen can interfere with people over 1.80 - A restaurant is present just across from the apartment: a table is often installed below the window. A bar/pizzeria closes at 1 a.m., close to the accommodation.
