The property is conveniently situated with buses running every 5 minutes to Reading main station. It takes just 8 minutes by bus to reach Reading centre. The room available is ensuite, furnished with a comfortable double bed, a work desk and chair, a wardrobe with hangers, and an armchair for relaxation. Downstairs, you'll find a shared dining/living room, a communal kitchen, a bathroom, and access to a rear garden. Currently, there are two occupants in the house—myself and a female housemate. While she's mostly at work, I work in the office two days a week, so I'm not always at home. Conveniently located, the property is a 15-minute walk from Reading West station, offering direct trains to London Paddington. Additionally, it's only an 8-minute bus ride to Reading Town Centre, with buses (15, 16, 17) passing by every 5 minutes from a stop just 1 minute away.
