Located just 3 miles from Sanford Stadium, 12 minutes from downtown, blocks from the UGA Vet School and a short 5 minute walk to the nearest bus line, enjoy the proximity and convenience of the Dawgs without the burden of crowds. The space In our bright and clean house, our guests enjoy a private bedrooms (1 queen bed) and their own full bathroom in the hallway. The shared space includes a lovely dining room with a piano, a living room with television access, a large galley kitchen, and an enormous, two-tiered deck overlooking the wooded backyard. We also recently added a brand new sunroom for your enjoyment. ** PLEASE NOTE: We have a sweet dog named Ebee who will be at the house for the duration of your stay. She would love nothing more than to play with and snuggle you, but we can also keep her out of your way, if you would prefer.** Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and property, except for the master suite and our child’s bedroom. During your stay My husband and I will be staying in the master suite and are available to answer any and all questions to help you enjoy your stay in Athens. We also have a sweet little 25-pound pup named Ebee, who will shamelessly bark at your arrival until you pet her.
