All amenities can be used by guests, please be respectful of others while using shared amenities. Use of Common Amenities: *Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to be reviewed and scheduled with the building management. * Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. * CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. * Amenities are not for commercial use. Other things to note Check-out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved). Our Core Value is to be a good neighbor and comply with all local regulations. Therefore, all guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property. - Check-in details will be sent on the day of check-in. - All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Autohost. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
