This house is similar to a duplex, but the other unit is on the opposite side of your stay, and has a private entrance. Much of the time, the owners in the other unit are away, but when they are there you're unlikely to see or hear them. There are no shared spaces at all so you will have your side of the property all to yourself :) No interactions with anyone required!
