Other things to note * Upon arriving the Key Lock box is behing the screen door. You will see the number 5 on the left side of the entrance next to the kitchen window. * To avoid loosing the key we ask kindly whilst at the unit when going out please leave key in the lock box...Thank you in advance. * CAR PARK: There is an allocated under cover car park however it only fits a small car… The good news is the lovely next door neighbour has kindly allowed our guests to park right in front of her unit 6 ( she parks her own car in the undercover car park). To park in front of unit 6 does not obstruct any one! Refer to photos to see exactly where the park is. Also FYI car parking on the street is free, no time limits and plenty of parking! * Please do not leave dirty dishes, can place in the dishwasher and turn on upon checking out if suits. * Ensure all appliances, lights and aircon are turned off upon checking out.
