The space The apto has: - 3 full suites, the master (queen bed with trundle), the double (conventional queen bed), both with 32" Smart TV and the junior suite (with 1 trundle and 1 trundle bed) 2 room and 60"Smart TV - 1 half-bath - open concept kitchen, with stove 5 mouths and double oven; duplex refrigerator; dishwasher; microwave; electroportables; crockery; cutlery; kitchen utensils gourmet balcony 9 meters facing (to the sea), which occupies the entire width of the apt. To expedite the process, we contact you in advance requesting all data, including a copy of identity documents (ID or passport), as required by the condominium. Guests can enjoy the condominium facilities by making a reservation at the front desk. Some facilities have a cleaning and conservation fee, such as party room, barbecue. Other things to note - We do not accept pets and smokers in the apartment - Maximum number of guests: 8 including adults and children. - Check-In: 12:00 - 6:00 PM. Check-out: between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Schedules to be arranged on reservation. - We provide pillows and blankets. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN AND TOWELS, which guests must bring. - Tablecloths and dish cloths we provide. - The occupants must take care of the heritage, observe and strictly obey the internal rules of the condominium. The condominium is residential. It cannot be seen as a hotel ! - It will be necessary to fill in the condominium registration with the full names of all guests and their respective documents (RG - ID / CPF - Social Security Number), frontal photo with white background, photo of the license plate of the vehicle occupying the parking space. - All guests will receive an ID bracelet, given by the ordinance, for mandatory use throughout their stay - The condominium has beach service, with an ombrelone, 4 chairs and one table per apt. At the concierge, an identification plate to be returned at the beach must be removed. We have a double garage space in the basement for two medium cars. - No space for towing or jet ski trailer - If any infraction occurs by the guest, they will be fully civilly and criminally liable, being solely responsible for the damages caused, indemnifying the owner of any expense incurred, including a fine.
