Your condo is located in the building, directly across from the parking garage. Lounge on the comfortable sofa with queen-size pullout sleeper or in the leather swivel rocker/reclining chair, and enjoy the coffee table with coasters and the TV stand with drawers. You'll find a set of nesting side tables with a lamp, a G00gle Nest Smart Speaker, and an extra throw blanket in the basket on the lower coffee table shelf. Feel free to put on some records on the record player, and try out the assortment of games in the TV stand drawers, along with a flashlight and spare batteries. The wavy, tiled accent wall behind the couch is optionally illuminated by surround lighting in the border, and backlights hidden behind the couch. You'll find a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV with streaming apps like Hulu and Netflix, and adjustable backlighting control attached to the right edge of the TV. Sit at the dining table for 4 with stools, accented by a unique metal cutout artwork piece with integrated backlight. The living room closet has everything you need for a day at the beach or pool, including 4 camping style chairs, striped cabana towels, a small fan, and a vacuum. You'll also find an iron and ironing board, a hamper, and a linen bag with fresh sheets, blankets, and pillows for use with the pullout couch. The closet also includes children's items like a folding highchair, baby bath, a pack n’ play, a linen bag with clean linens for the pack n’ play, and a basket with two zippered bags and assorted beach toys. Beach toys and supplies can be washed using the outdoor showers and washing stations on the walkways between the condo and the beach.
