You will be sharing a 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom or powder room. We can provide storage at your request for extra stuff. We have a huge shed. Other shared areas: this space shares a full bathroom located in the upper level of the house, hallway and staircase. On the ground level, shared main entrance into the house, living room, dining room, kitchen, refrigerator, 1/2 bathroom, hallway, huge patio,and backyard. Guest access Guest has access to his/her bedroom, shared bathroom, shared laundry room, shared hallway upstairs, shared stairway that goes upstairs, access to one full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom, shared dining room and, shared kitchen, shared front entrance, sliding exit door in the kitchen, shared huge patio and shared yard. Guest do not have access to the garage, basement and other guests bedrooms. rooms. During your stay I am available via the app and texting and sometimes in person. I travel a lot. We have a property manager who manages the property. Other things to note If you park on the street please follow Omaha city rules. Do not block anyone’s driveways.
