The apartment is upstairs, has private bathroom. You have everything close to the apartment to make your stay more comfortable, transport routes, stores, drug stores, churches, parks, loundry, supermarkets, etc. We'll gladly give you any information about any place you'd like to visit, it doesn't matter if you're here for business, school, work, or vacations. At home we have a surveillance camera to keep all us safe and protected. Guest access We offer a private apartment, it has a room withit's own bed with a very comfortable mattress and linens, and a very wide bathroom, a changing room and it also has a small office, with a nice desk, chair and half a bahtroom, perfect for home office. The kitchen is new, it has a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker and basic kitchen tools and silverwear. WIFI Internet, gas, electricity and hot water all the time. No pets allowed. Other things to note The neighborhood is very safe, we have more than 20 years living in this house and all the neighbours are friendly, honest and we help each other. We have more than 10 years of experiencie hosting college students, with good results.
