The space ***If you plan to visit our house during the winter season (November 1 to April 15), please note that it is MANDATORY to have a car with all-wheel drive (AWD, 4x4) AND winter tires to access the property. Thanks to its modern and warm design, this micro-home integrates harmoniously with its environment, thus offering a privileged scene to contemplate the splendor of nature. The master bedroom, located on the 2nd floor, has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with stunning views of the valleys and mountains. Full-size windows allow you to admire the beauty of the landscape every season from the comfort of your bed. Two comfortable bunk beds located on the ground floor can accommodate 4 additional guests, up to six guests in the house. Enjoy optimal comfort all year round with heated floors throughout the house, a central heating/cooling air conditioning system, and a wood-burning fireplace providing enveloping warmth even on the coldest winter days. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you could wish for: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, Nespresso coffee machine and a complete set of cookware to prepare delicious meals at home. Outdoor amenities such as the hot tub, barbecue, and gas fireplace are operational year-round, giving you the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor terraces. Just twelve minutes away, discover a high-end supermarket, a bakery offering fresh morning croissants and special breads, as well as a selection of local restaurants to satisfy all your culinary desires. Other things to note ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION: WINTER TRAVEL: During the snowy season, from November 1 to April 15, an all-wheel drive car (AWD, 4x4) is required to access the property. During the winter season, it is also possible to arrange a shuttle service with us. This service must be planned in advance. TAXI and UBER: Due to the remote location of the house, it is not advisable to rely on taxi or Uber services for transportation. These services are rare in the area, so it may be difficult or impossible to find transportation and you may have difficulty leaving the house. Please contact us if you have any questions about transportation. SHUTTLE SERVICE: We're excited to offer a convenient shuttle service to our guests! To use this service, please go to 99 Chemin du Moulin, Lac-Beauport, Quebec, where we have reserved free overnight parking spaces so you can safely leave your vehicle for the duration of your stay. This location is also our pick-up point. To ensure a smooth experience, simply let us know your expected arrival time, and we'll add you to the shuttle schedule.
