A newly remodeled townhome with a private hot tub (serviced daily) in a fully fenced yard for your use only! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood by Brickyard Plaza in the heart of Millcreek. Near restaurants, bars, grocery & shopping stores, Millcreek City Center, and Sugarhouse Park. It is a 15-minute drive to Downtown SLC and a 30-minute drive to 4 ski resorts! Modern amenities like fast WiFi, Prime Video, and apps to log into your account such as Hulu and Netflix. The space You can enjoy a soak in the hot tub in your fully fenced and attached backyard, which is for your exclusive use. Our hot tubs are serviced daily between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Please don't leave pets unattended in the backyard during these hours. -3 Bedrooms (1 King bed+ Queen bed + 2 Twin Beds) + 2 Full Bathrooms -76" square 6-person hot tub There is a parking lot with two spaces for your unit. If you have a trailer, it must be parked on the street. Guest access You have full access to the entire townhome and backyard. There are no shared spaces. Other things to note There are two parking spots available on the property. Additional vehicles or trailers must park on the street. There is a $25 nightly pet fee for each pet. The pet must be disclosed when booking, and the pet fee must be paid before check-in. Please pick up your pet droppings as soon as possible. It is not allowed to leave pets alone in the backyard when you are not on the premises. Hot tub maintenance personnel will service the hot tubs daily between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Please make sure no pets are left unattended in the backyard. Boxelder bugs are extremely common pests in the state of Utah. These insects are considered a significant nuisance pest as they can reproduce quickly but do not cause much structural damage. These bugs are also not considered to be a health hazard to humans. Although we do our best to keep them out of the apartment, adult Boxelder bugs typically can fly several blocks and can sometimes travel as far as two miles, making it difficult to eradicate them! You may encounter them inside our units or anywhere in the city, especially in extremely hot or cold temperatures when they do anything to get inside. Please help by keeping doors closed. Ants are also rampant in Utah. Whether camping, having a picnic, or working in the yard, you will likely see a colony of ants. You may also see them inside, especially if sweets are left out or crumbs accumulate on the floor. We regularly treat our places for these pests, but you may encounter them. Click on pests and select ants, boxelder bugs, carpet beetles, cockroaches, squirrels and other members of the rodent family, spiders, wasps, elm seed bugs, water bugs, or any other pests you might encounter while visiting our state or on our property. We do our best to keep them out of the unit, but please know you could encounter any of these pests, especially when your front and back door has quick access to the front and backyard grounds.
