Endless Sea Views at Villa delle Stelle

Welcome to "Villa delle Stelle", a haven in Torre Delle Stelle, embraced by the captivating Mediterranean Sea where nature's masterpieces are showcased in their full glory. Marvel at awe-inspiring views and savour unforgettable moments amidst our private garden overlooking the Sardinian coastline, where the sun illuminates exquisite evening meals accompanied by breathtaking sunsets and views of the sea that only the best memories are made of. The space Situated at the end of a quiet road in an elevated location with commanding views of the sea from east to west. With a total of three (French style) double beds, a single sofa bed suitable for 1 adult, and a foldable single bed there is space for up to eight guests. We also have 2 (travel style) baby cribs available for use. There are two bedrooms (with double beds) as part of the main house, the master bedroom opens out onto its own spacious veranda with seating & spectacular views towards the sea. In addition to the main house, there is a large separate & self-contained annexe with its own small kitchenette, a double bed, breakfast table, bathroom and a single sofa bed that can sleep an additional adult and a single (foldable) bed for a total of 4 in the Annex. All bedrooms, the annex and the living room have air conditioning. In the main house there is an open plan living area with a galley style kitchen, dining table that seats 6 and a sofa with a small TV, this then leads out to a large veranda overlooking the sea with additional dining and seating areas. In the garden you will find another dining area under a wooden gazebo with a BBQ and kitchenette. You will find fast WIFI and USB charging sockets throughout and a number of wireless charging pads. Guest access You will have full access to all spaces within the home and garden. Other things to note **Recycling** The whole of Italy has extensive Recycling systems in place with collections each day of different types of waste. During your visit you will be required to separate each type (Plastic, Glass, Organic etc) and place them at the entrance of the home for morning collection on the specific days indicated on a calendar. Specific Bags, coloured bins will be provided upon arrival and full instructions on our online welcome book. Alternatively if you prefer not to be bothered with having to manage the recycling then for an additional fee we can handle it for you weekly or when you leave. The fees per collection are €50 for pre-differentiated waste, €100 for non-differentiated. **Check-in Instructions** Check-ins are available between 17:00 and 22:00 on a first come first served basis, especially in peek period you are advised to request a check-in time early to match your schedule and we will do our very best to accomodate you. We kindly ask you to share your flight number and estimated arrival time when booking. Early check-in before 17:00 may sometimes be available for free (please confirm first), late Check-in is available for an additional fee of 35 EUR per hour after 22:00 payable upon arrival.
