Main and lower suite, perfect for families to be together and yet still have your own space. Futon in the lower living room area if needed. The space Outside enjoy the bbq, patio furniture on the deck and the muskoka style chairs around the fire pit. On any given day wildlife can also be seen through the large front windows. Birds, deer, squirrels to name a few.. Raining, or wanting to watch the game. Enjoy on a Sony Bravia XR Full Array Led X90K with Netflix, Prime, Sports, Cable. Guest access Guests enter the home with a keyless entry. Private entire home access. Parking available for 4-5 vehicles depending on size. Washers/dryer in home. Cable/wifi included with all other utilities. 1 min walk to beach. Few min walk to restaurants, pubs, playground, icecream shop, and sports complex. This means our lake house is in the perfect location for experiencing much of what Sylvan Lake has to offer. You do not need to pay for parking when going to the beach or struggle to find a parking spot as we are right there. What do our guests rave about....
