Harbour View Hideaway

Be enchanted by the magical 270 degree views capturing the inner harbour, Mount Maunganui, Matakana Island round to the Kaimais. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from this north facing property. It is a 10 minute drive to the CBD. Easy walk to Cherrywood shops and the inner harbour. Nearby walkways take you to Fergusson Park and to Kulim Park (great for children) Secluded yet central location. The space The guest house is the lower floor of our home. It has a separate entrance and a single secure off street parking for one car. There is a large open plan living area, that includes the kitchenette, dining table and lounge area. The first bedroom has a queen bed with direct access to the outside patio area. The second bedroom can be configured with 2 long single beds, or one super king bed. A portable cot can be provided on request. Please note there is a charge for all guests, including children and infants. The patio area has an outdoor table and chairs, plus a spa pool. There is also a small goldfish pond with a small waterfall. The views from the guest house are magnificent. The property is very private. Guest access Guests have use of the downstairs guest quarters. They share the outside area with Debi and Tony, the owners. We respect guests right to privacy, so don't intrude unless invited.
