Free on street parking in the areas if you need more room. • Front yard and porch is shared with the other half the the duplex. • Clean towels and linens are provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property apart from the unfinished basement and a pair of storage closets. Other things to note CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later. CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM. PARKING: There is one off-street spot behind the house, as well as free on-street parking on any of the nearby streets. CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way. OTHER: This is a duplex, so you may hear noise from the other side of the unit. We are pet friendly, so there may be dogs on the other side of the low fence between units. 5% of the proceeds from all stays are donated to Nationwide Children's Hospital.
