Red Clay Cottage - Wood Islands/Panting Shore

The Red Clay cottage features a large open concept kitchen, dining, living/TV area. It has 2 bedrooms. It is 300 feet away from a mile long, sandy beach (one of the island's best and yet, uncrowded.) Internet, board games, Lobster Pot, beach toys, beach towels and a small screened-in seating area and a BBQ. We have rented out the cottage for 15 years to many satisfied (often repeat) guests. The space The cottage is equipped with wireless internet, satellite TV, fridge, electric stove, microwave, and thermostats in each room. Movies, books, board games, beach toys and lawn games are also provided. You will also enjoy the screened-in front deck, propane barbecue, picnic table and lawn furniture. Great beach - ideal for children (no drop-offs or strong tides). Low tide leaves lovely sandbars and interesting sea life and seals which bask in the sun. Nearby Wood Islands Wharf provides fresh lobster, mussels, oysters and the iconic Wood Islands lighthouse. The Northumberland Provincial Park is right next door. Guest access The entire cottage is exclusively for the guests. Other things to note We are family and pet friendly. On parle francais (we speak french)
