Villa Heermeyer is located in close proximity to Pärnu Beach, less than 500 metres from the sea. The accommodation offers free Wi-Fi and a television. The bed is a 140 cm wide sofa bed, with a mattress topper provided for added comfort. There is also a small, cosy terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or warm summer evenings. The cushions for the outdoor chairs are kept in the hallway closet. Other things to note Since the comfort and well-being of our guests is very important to us and we do not want anyone to be disappointed with their holiday, we would like to point out a few important details about our accommodation: 1. The sleeping arrangement is a 140 cm wide sofa bed, which may offer a slightly different level of comfort compared to a regular bed, especially for more sensitive sleepers. For a better night’s rest, a 3.5 cm thick mattress topper is provided for the sofa bed. 2. As Villa Heermayer is a heritage-protected building, we are not allowed to install air conditioning in the apartment. Generally, our guest apartment does not get too hot, as it is located on the first floor and shaded by park trees, but during very hot weather it can still happen. We provide two fans – a larger floor fan and a smaller table fan. We also recommend keeping the balcony door closed during the day in hot weather to prevent warm air from entering. 3. Please also note that while our street is generally quiet, the recently opened beachfront bar on a nearby street has brought a bit more activity to the area. They host events from Thursday to Saturday during the summer months, adding a lively summer atmosphere with a little extra buzz and laughter to Pärnu evenings. 4.
