The space The Apartment & Amenities: This spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two bedrooms and three beds. Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second room offers two comfortable twin beds. All beds and linens are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Living Space: You'll find a cozy living room, a dining area perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals, and a full kitchen to whip up your favorite dishes. Balcony: Step out onto the spacious balcony to take in the beautiful oceanfront views. On-site Amenities: Guests have access to the building's pool, beach, and one assigned parking space. Initial Supplies: We provide an initial supply of one roll of paper towels and two rolls per bathroom. You can find additional supplies at nearby pharmacies and supermarkets. Guest access Before You Book: Important Details: Transportation: We recommend renting a car to explore the island's many attractions. Please note: The on-site parking garage has low ceilings, so tall cars and trucks will not fit. For exploring local areas like Condado and Old San Juan, scooters or Uber are great options. Laundry: While the unit has a washer and dryer, they are not for guest use. Shared laundry facilities are conveniently located on the first floor for your use. Other things to note Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: - Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival. - Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb. - Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur. - Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.
