Also, a newborn, a 2-year-old girl, a handicap man with a cane, and a nurse live on this same floor. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, laundry area, and complimentary parking inside the complex. The entire apartment is for you to enjoy with amazing views all over. This condo has a power generator for common areas. It also has 2 lobbies, and each lobby has an elevator. Free street parking and inside the condo premises. Taxis and Ubers service our area round the clock. Getting out and back is certainly affordable, too. Rides to main venues like T▪Mobile District, Casino Metro, El Choliseo, La Placita de Santurce, and Plaza Las Americas Mall are like $3 to $7 using an Uber. Other main areas in San Juan Metro are easily accessed from here. We are next to Miramar and Santurce. Only a few minutes drive or ride from Old San Juan, Condado, Ocean Park, and Isla Verde. Although we are not located on the beach, we are not way inland either. We are nestled in Santurce's urban Art- District (outdoors street art). Just look out the window or step across the street for a closer look. Several beaches are 5 to 10 minutes from the condo. The Cruise Ship docks are also a short 5 minutes away, too. Highways 26 East, 22 West, or 18 South may each be reached in 3 minutes. Also, Luis Muñoz Marín Airport or (SJU) is less than 15 minutes away.
