The space The 3BR loft features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a spacious living area where you can gather with friends before hitting the town! This inviting space also offers three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, luxurious linens, a dresser, closet, and an iron for your convenience, as well as two full bathrooms. One parking pass is provided, and if needed, there is ample parking available directly across the street for $25 per day. Experience comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable stay at our delightful downtown loft. This loft is located in a mixed use brownstone. On the first floor there is the beloved Zelda's restaurant, known for serving quality seafood and steaks in a lively and inviting atmosphere. This 3BR loft is located on the second floor. On the third floor, we have another 4BR loft, also available to rent. Guest access You will have full private access to this loft on the 2nd floor. Other things to note - 1 Free parking pass Included. Extra parking available across the street at $25/day. Managed by a third party - Pets-allowed. There is a $150 pet/fee. Maximum 2 pets and should never be left unattended.
