This unique cabin has a character of it's own. A double A-frame design, built directly on the bank of the Black River. Has spiral staircases from the basement to the second floor. Lots of outdoor space, with a deck, firepit, private pond, and dock for access to the river. Boating, swimming, fishing and kayaking at your doorstep. 2 kayaks and paddleboat provided. Bring your own power boat or pontoon and enjoy the miles of waterway available. Ski or fish. ATV trails directly accessible. Spectacular view of the Black River, enjoy with your own stairs to private dock. Sit by the campfire directly over the river. Kayak, swim or fishing awaits you. For a real adventure consider kayak day trip to my private island, 1 mile upstream with a nice beach and picnic area. there is a small beach area available just downstream of Levis Creek. Ask me for details. Lots of woods property here. A 2 mile walking/mountain bike trail is available right from the cabin. A small private fishing pond, the kids will love catching fish. The Black River here is a 6 mile lake deep enough for power boating. Excellent small mouth bass and walleye fishing awaits.. The Owner lives in the adjacent home, text or email me if you have any questions or needs. Enjoy the river with 2 kayaks or a paddleboat, both provided with the cabin. Or bring your own power boat and enjoys miles of water. A queen size inflatable mattress bed can be added and set up upon request for an additional $50. There will be a $25 a day charge for each person over the 8 person normal capacity.
