The house is located in between two dams and water entry is strictly prohibited at the house. No swimming, boating or kayak entries allowed in the dam. No motorized boats allowed on the river. Absolutely no loud music or parties allowed at this rental. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space and upstairs tenants with respect. This unit is not suitable for children under 12 as it is located directly on a hill along the river without a fence.
